"A bit of mix-up, but everything turned out fine"
Got my package in great condition. I didn’t get an email saying the item was shipped. Since it came directly from the manufacturer instead of the vendor, there was a little uncertainty about whether it had arrived. The person picking up my mail didn’t recognize the name I provided, so they were unsure about the delivery. After reaching out to the vendor via email, the package was located in my mail. Appreciate your help!

"Shipping Delay Beyond 2-5 Business Days"
The site mentioned a wait of 2-5 business days for shipping, but I'm still in the dark about when my item will actually ship. Meanwhile, I've already received materials from a different company. I reached out to Air Sanctuary, and they promised to call me back, but that never happened. I can't afford to wait around for weeks or even months like I've had to with other back orders. I really need this item soon, or someone should just let me know if I should cancel and find it elsewhere instead of being left hanging about when my order will arrive.

"Great spot for shopping."
I purchased my DIY Mr Cool mini split along with a hanging bracket from Air Sanctuary. The mini split arrived pretty quickly, but there was a bit of a hold-up with the bracket. After reaching out to Air Sanctuary, they investigated the issue and worked hard to fix it. I think their resolution was quite reasonable in sorting everything out. I was happy with the service and would definitely shop with them again.

"Unreliable and Wordy"
I wouldn't trust this place. I ordered a furnace that was listed as available, and they charged my card. Then, a week later, they hit me up for an additional 200 bucks for the same unit. This ain't how you run a business.

"Mini Dual in 18K"
The tech support was really helpful. The price was pretty much in line with what others are charging. I was surprised that someone picked up the phone when I called, no waiting on hold for half an hour! I’m giving it 4 stars since the veterans discount was just 2%, while a lot of other places give 5% or more. I’ll reach out if I have any questions while installing.

Air Sanctuary really cleared up my concerns about getting a Mr. Cool system. After checking out a bunch of negative blogs, I found them to be respectful and super helpful in figuring out what kind of system I should buy. I'm really happy with my choice and can’t wait to get the Mr. Cool system set up.

After reaching out to several shops to find out what I required, I contacted Air Sanctuary and spoke with Ali. She was way more informed and friendly compared to the other places. We figured out what Mr. Cool units and accessories I needed and placed the order. It was all very smooth and straightforward.

"Just got my second Mr Cool mini split!"
This week, my second Mr Cool mini split system showed up. Last year, I put in a smaller unit at a cabin, and it worked like a charm, so now we're upgrading to a bigger one for the house we're constructing. The service from the company is top-notch, and we’re really happy with the product.

"Delivery took a little while"
Delivery took a little while, but hey, it was during the covid pandemic, so I can't really blame A.S. for that. I needed some assistance with one of my wall units, and the customer service team was super helpful in sorting out the problem; they had my system up and running in no time! Installation was a breeze, and I didn't have to shell out for any pro help. This system saved me a bunch of cash and is so quiet you hardly notice it's on. Thanks, Air Sanctuary! I'll definitely spread the word about you to everyone.

"Never knew about this brand until now..."
I had no clue about this brand, and the prices were way lower than what I usually see, so I was definitely a bit doubtful. But man, I couldn't be more pleased! I ran into some hiccups with shipping and delivery (not Air Sanctuary's fault), but they were super quick to respond and really helpful! Honestly, the customer service here is top-notch!
